The extradition papers for Andrew and Tristan Tate finally dropped, and the accusations against the manosphere influencers with deep ties to Donald Trump's family and administration are horrifying.

These men are human traffickers. They are child porn peddlers. They are abusers of women and kids. The accusations include sexually abusing animals, sexually abusing minors, selling sexually explicit material of minors over WhatsApp, and a long list of other heinous crimes. They should be locked away for a very long time.

It's unbelievable to me that after a decade of this, these two still haven't been thrown in jail. But it shows exactly how the current system works for people with money and power: if you're wealthy enough, connected enough, and influential enough with the right group of people, you can keep outrunning justice and can get away with it. The Tate brothers were taken into custody by U.S. Marshals in July, and more than two months later, they’re still here desperately trying to rattle their way out of facing extradition to the UK.

We've seen it with the Tate brothers. We've seen it with Epstein. Epstein was investigated in 2005, only to weasel his way into a sweetheart plea deal and secret non-prosecution agreement that protected him and his co-conspirators — buying him another decade to traffic and abuse and maybe even kill children before federal prosecutors finally came after him again. An entire decade. And to this day, we still don’t even publicly know the identities of everyone who was protected. We saw it with the Wall Street financial crimes of 2008. We've seen it time and time again.

Power buys access. Access buys protection. And protection buys time. Hell, on any given day I wouldn't be surprised if Donald Trump decided to pardon Diddy or Russell Brand or Harvey Weinstein, given how many horrible people he's already let loose by abusing the pardon power the Constitution gives him.

It's maddening. So I'm writing today to repeat my call: every member of Donald Trump's family, every member of his administration, and every Republican influencer, member of Congress, and staffer who manipulated our criminal justice and political systems to give the Tate brothers sanctuary in the United States, so they could shield themselves from the crimes they're accused of in Europe and elsewhere, should be thoroughly investigated by Congress.

That includes Trump's kids, like Don Jr. and Barron. And these relationships go back years. Tate was messaging with Don Jr. and bragging about having access to the president's son long before Trump returned to office. Barron in particular has a close relationship with Andrew Tate, who he took dating advice from. During the 2024 campaign, one of Tate's closest associates got into Mar-a-Lago and helped cultivate a relationship between Tate and Barron. It includes administration officials like Paul Ingrassia, who had to withdraw a Senate-confirmable nomination after text messages surfaced in which he talked about having a Nazi streak. It includes Alina Habba, who went on Benny Johnson's podcast with Andrew Tate and told him, “I'm a big fan,” “I admire what you're doing,” and, incredibly, “If you're in the States, I got your back”. These are people with proximity to power: to the president and the United States government.

And Tate himself seemed to understand exactly what those relationships could mean for him. While he was still stuck in Romania, he posted after Trump's return to power: “The Tates will be free, Trump is the president.” Two weeks later, Romania lifted the brothers' travel ban and they flew to the United States.

I want to know the depth of the depravity that made these people think it was appropriate to bring these scumbags to the United States. I want to know how the Tates got one of MAGA's most infamous lawyers to go work for them. And I want to know what role Mar-a-Lago has played in all of this, because these connections keep leading back there. Joe McBride, the Tates’ longtime lawyer and a scumbag in his own right, was at Mar-a-Lago when Trump launched his 2024 presidential campaign. Think about that.

And I want to know just how close they've come to being saved from extradition, McBride has been actively lobbying on their behalf, going back to Mar-a-Lago, meeting with Trump administration officials, and desperately trying to get Donald Trump, Marco Rubio, or somebody else in that family or administration to stop the Tate brothers from being extradited to the UK to finally face their crimes.

If this isn’t an attempt to influence and corrupt the government of the United States, I don’t know what is.

So far, as far as I can tell, Todd Blanche and the Trump DOJ have done the right thing in the extradition process. They fought the brothers' bail. They're moving forward, however slowly.

But let me be clear: I’m not giving them a fucking medal for it. I don’t believe these people suddenly discovered a moral compass. And I can’t help wondering whether, if the British government weren’t demanding the Tates back to face charges there, this DOJ would be doing anything at all. After everything we’ve watched them bury, deflect, and refuse to seriously pursue around Epstein, why should I assume otherwise? Frankly, shipping the Tate brothers off to Britain may be the easiest option they have. Let somebody else’s government deal with them. Get them out of the United States. Get the story away from Trump, his family, and the people around him. Make this somebody else’s scandal.

Maybe I’m too cynical. But Todd Blanche was Donald Trump’s personal criminal defense lawyer before he became Attorney General. So no, I’m not going to assume that doing the right thing here means they’re doing it for the right reasons.

But none of that means the outcome is guaranteed. It only takes one person with enough power to step in and Marco Rubio has the power to save the Tate brothers and block their extradition. And after everything we’ve watched over the last decade, and especially everything we’ve witnessed this administration corrupt in our country in the last year and a half, I would never, ever bet against these people doing the wrong thing.

That’s why it’s time for Congress, and eventually a sane, Democratic-run Department of Justice, to get serious about holding these people accountable. We can’t keep letting this happen. They abused our government to bring accused human traffickers here because those traffickers endorsed Donald Trump, said nice things about him on the internet, and were friends with the president’s kids.

And now they’ve all gone quiet as church mice. But there are MAGA influencers complicit in this. There are government officials complicit in this. There are Trump family members complicit in this. We have to know the truth. At a bare minimum, the public needs to understand what happened here, because it’s emblematic of the much bigger problem.

And here’s the part I don’t want anyone to lose sight of. Were these people focused on making things less expensive? On helping you buy a house? On ending this war, moving the country forward, or solving any of the many challenges making your life worse and stripping you of your dignity? No. They were too busy doing stupid shit like this. They were too busy getting their friends out of Romania. They were too busy pardoning crooks who’ll put money in Donald Trump’s back pocket. They were too busy selling out America’s national security to foreign governments so Jared Kushner and Ivanka Trump could build a private, Epstein-style island off the coast of Albania. This is what they’re using their power for.

That’s why I’m so laser-focused on the Tate brothers, and on Trump’s corruption more broadly. Because the more you look at what happened with the Tates, the more you see the same corruption that runs through everything else Trump and the people around him touch. And it helps explain why nothing is getting done in Washington. They’re focused on: self-enrichment, self-indulgence, self-dealing, corruption. All of it. They’re so focused on feeding their basest interests, stealing from the American taxpayer, and lining their own pockets that they don’t care what crimes their friends commit. They’re blinded by proximity to power, influence, and money. It has to stop.

I need the Democratic Party to be ready to take this seriously when we take back Congress. Not with another strongly worded letter. Not with another hearing where everyone gets five minutes to make a viral clip. But with subpoenas, testimony, unredacted documents, and names. The American people are owed real answers and real accountability. And I’m looking forward to watching Barron Trump testify under oath, in public, about his relationship with the Tate brothers and what he knew about their horrendous crimes — and what he or anyone around Donald Trump did to help them.

Last night I went on Chris Cuomo’s show on NewsNation to debate Ben Ferguson about the economy. If you don’t know Ferguson, he’s Ted Cruz’s podcast co-host and one of the most prolific interrupters in cable news. He’s the king of it. He thinks he can neg you into submission by talking over you. We’ve tussled before, so I knew what I was walking into.

But this time he made me angry, and not for the usual reasons.

It wasn’t the lying, though there was plenty of it. Republicans keep lying mercilessly about the state of the economy and trying to gaslight people into believing everything is fine. Ferguson spent most of his time sounding unbelievably out of touch, desperately defending the president and the Republican Party ahead of midterms that, by every measurable account, look like a disaster for the GOP.

And it wasn’t the interrupting, though he did that constantly.

It was this: In the middle of our argument, while he rattled off economic statistics that weren’t even right, I tried to bring the conversation back to how regular Americans are actually experiencing this economy. People are telling us they can’t afford their goddamn grocery bill. That’s when he said two things I can’t stop thinking about.

First, he accused the American people of being “emotional” about the economy. As if your own personal economy isn’t emotional. As if the fear of not making rent is some kind of overreaction.

Second, he essentially called me anti-American. He said I was rooting for America to fail because I hate Donald Trump so much.

Both claims are idiotic and offensive. But they’re also a perfect example of what Donald Trump has done to the Republican Party. If you don’t agree with them, with their vision of the world, their policies, everything they want to do, then you must hate America. Because in their minds, they’re the only ones who love it. They wrap themselves in the flag and claim it belongs to them, not to us. They steal our symbols and our patriotism and use them to justify their corruption, their destruction, and their chaos.

I’m tired of it. So I called him out.

Here’s what I believe: The people who tell you that you hate America, who tell you you’re being emotional because you’re angry, they’re the ones who are anti-patriotic. You have every right to be angry. You can’t afford your groceries. You’ve watched the American dream slip further away. You’ve stood at the pump watching the numbers climb to $80, $90, $100 just to fill your tank.

The people dismissing that are the ones who hate this country. They hate the people of this country. They think so little of you that they believe they can get away with these lies. They treat you with that much disrespect.

Every decision made inside Trump’s administration gets made without a single thought about what it will do to your life, because they don’t fucking care about you. They care about themselves. Donald Trump cares about putting money in his pocket, not yours. Growing his net worth, not yours. And the hacks who defend him on TV care about their proximity to power, their influence, and their own contracts. They don’t care about you. They don’t care about me. They don’t even care about their own voters.

That’s a big part of why the bottom is falling out for Republicans right now. They’re on defense, and not just in battleground states like Michigan. They’re on defense in red states. There’s a reason Democrats look competitive in Kansas, Ohio, Iowa, Texas, Florida, Mississippi, and so many other places nobody could have imagined a year and a half ago. Republicans abandoned the very people who elected them, let alone the rest of us they still have a responsibility to serve. They simply don’t care. The arrogance is staggering. You can smell the desperation.

I’ve been stewing on this. Not in the way they want me to, not in some “ooh, I triggered a lefty” way. I’m stewing because I can’t believe people who claim to value public service, who say they care about others, would treat their fellow Americans like this.

I don’t show up to these conversations looking for a fight. I would be delighted to have a real, honest conversation about the economy and how we fix it, with anybody. When I started doing this, my motto was that I’d talk to anyone. I didn’t care how problematic they were or how big their audience was. I reach out to as many people as I can, including people I don’t particularly like. You’ve seen me do it. There’s a reason I had Clavicular on my show a few months ago. Pure love of the game, and a real belief that talking to each other is how we close these divides.

So I can’t get past it. The last arrow in your quiver is calling someone anti-American for telling the truth about the economy? You’re going to scream GDP numbers at me while people tell you they can’t pay their bills? It was ridiculous. Chris handled it well, like a lot of the folks who run these shows do. But it’s maddening in this moment.

During the segment, Chris put up a statistic showing the average American doesn’t have $1,000 saved for an emergency. That floored me.

I came home last night and my wife told me our washer and dryer are on their last legs and we’ll probably have to replace them. Thanks to the tariffs, that’s going to run about $1,500. We’ll be fine. We’re a dual-income household and we’ve done well for ourselves. But for the average person, that bill would be a wrecking ball. It would force impossible choices: the medication or the rent. Whether they can take a family trip this year.

That is not okay. And it is fundamentally anti-American to let so many people have so little and struggle so much while they work so damn hard.

You know they’re working hard. You’re working hard. And you deserve better than these people. You deserve better than the hacks who will call you anti-American for feeling what you feel, for seeing it with your own eyes, hearing it with your own ears, holding it in your own hands.

You deserve better. And if we elect a Democratic Congress in November, and we do it right, it’ll be the beginning of taking this country back.

Last week, a reporter asked me a question I haven’t been able to shake.

If Democrats win back the House and the Senate, should they investigate every member of Donald Trump’s family? Even Melania? Even Barron?

I could hear what was underneath it. Surely some of them should be off-limits. Surely there’s a line. It’s the political version of “women and children first” on the Titanic, as if the lifeboats were reserved for the people we feel a little squeamish about scrutinizing.

My answer took about half a second: Absolutely. Investigate Melania Trump. Investigate Barron Trump. Investigate all of them.

There are no sacred cows when it comes to the most corrupt family in American history. They have stolen untold sums, tens of billions of dollars. They have turned the presidency into a family business so effectively that every one of them is now basically a billionaire in their own right. Melania and her documentary. Barron and his crypto scams and his relationship with the Tate brothers. It goes on and on. These people have made staggering amounts of money while Donald Trump has held the most powerful office in the world.

And I don't give a shit whether somebody had an official title in the administration. That's not the standard.

If you're the president's wife, his son, his daughter, his son-in-law — if you have extraordinary access to the President of the United States while simultaneously making enormous amounts of money — I want to know where that money came from. I want to know who paid it and I want to know what they wanted. All of it should be looked at.

Before anyone accuses me of partisanship, let me be clear: I’m being consistent. I never had a problem with people investigating Hunter Biden and Burisma. If Hunter abused his position to profit off his father’s office, I want to know, and I want him held accountable. That’s how this is supposed to work.

But let’s not pretend the scale is remotely the same. Whatever Hunter Biden did is a hot day in Arizona. What the Trump family has done is the surface of the goddamn sun.

What surprised me was the reaction. All weekend, I heard the same thing: “Come on. Barron’s just a kid.”

No. He is not a kid. He’s a grown-ass man, participating in the adult world and making his own decisions. His best friend is a world-famous human trafficker. And he’s involved in the his family’s cryptocurrency business. World Liberty Financial isn’t some lemonade stand his dad helped him set up. Forbes estimated that the Trump family had already pocketed roughly $780 million from World Liberty by September 2026, with Barron’s own fortune estimated at $150 million — much of it tied to crypto. The venture has also attracted major foreign investment.

And apparently crypto wasn't enough. Barron is also a director of SOLLOS, a privately held yerba mate startup that has raised around $1 million — because nothing screams "perfectly normal presidential-family business venture" like another Trump company where we have very little visibility into who owns what or what Barron's stake actually is.

So yes, put it all under a microscope.

Barron doesn’t get a different set of laws because his father happens to be president. Thinking otherwise is exactly the kind of special treatment that got us here.

I’m sick of watching these people hide behind age, gender, or whatever shield is convenient that week. Melania doesn’t get extra protection because she’s a woman. If she’s complicit in the self-dealing inside this administration, she answers for it like anyone else would.

And neither of them gets a pass because they don't have an office in the West Wing. That's the entire point. You don't need an official government title to benefit from proximity to power.

Melania has her documentary. Barron has crypto. If money is flowing to members of the president’s immediate family while he controls the United States government, I want to know who’s paying it, what access they have, and what they might be getting in return.

And then there are Don Jr. and Eric. Their business interests don’t exist in some alternate universe disconnected from their father.

Don Jr.’s venture capital firm took a stake in Vulcan Elements. Roughly three months later, the Pentagon announced a $620 million loan to the company. That doesn’t prove a crime. It does mean Congress should be crawling all over it.

Same with Ivanka. Same with Jared Kushner. If Jared is raising billions of dollars from Middle Eastern governments while simultaneously operating in the orbit of American foreign policy, “technically he’s a private citizen” doesn’t end the conversation.

That’s where the conversation starts.

Because this is bigger than one family. We are living through a period of American history where an entire class of people faces essentially zero accountability, and that is not a partisan problem. There are Democrats in the Epstein files who have never been held accountable. There are Republicans in the Epstein files who have never been held accountable. Wall Street was never truly held accountable for 2008, and I’d argue a huge share of the rage tearing this country apart traces straight back to that failure. That isn’t left or right. That’s American.

And here’s what’s about to happen.

They’re going to scurry away like rats. An unprecedented number of staff are already sprinting for the exits of this administration. They’re leaving because they’re betting that nobody writes down their names. They’re betting nobody will remember how they used their positions to get close to powerful people, to land the next cushy gig, to cash in on the way out the door.

They’re betting we forget.

I haven’t forgotten. I want to know what the hell happened with Tom Homan and that $50,000 bribe. I want to know about Eric Trump trying to get confidential information to rig UFC matches in front of the White House. Hell, I’m still mad about Brett Kavanaugh’s near two hundred thousand dollars of credit card debt. We were told it was for multiple packages of Washington Nationals season tickets and that his ‘handful of friends’ had paid him back, and then it just vanished. Who paid it off? I still want an answer to that too.

These stories don’t get to evaporate because the news cycle moved on.

If there is no gravity in Washington, no accountability for anybody, from the President of the United States, to his wife, to his kids, to members of Congress, to his cabinet, Democrat or Republican, then we don’t really have a country anymore. We have a banana republic. And banana-republic corruption doesn’t fix itself. It has to be rooted out, root and stem.

I don’t care about the pardons. I don’t care about the excuses. I don’t care how old anyone is or how sympathetic they look on camera. I care about one thing: proving to the American people that a functioning democracy and a functioning justice system still hold powerful people accountable for the damage they’ve done, the money they’ve stolen, and the lives they’ve ruined.

Because the next time a group of people thinks they can loot this country and abuse the power we entrusted to them, they should stop and think twice. They should remember exactly what happened to the last group that tried it.

That only happens if we keep the receipts and act on them.
