Don’t fall for its. She needs to do A HELL OF A LOT OF WORK to undo the damage she has caused before I give her any time of day.

The HUGE piece that is missing is any shred of accountability and humility. She needs to recognize and atone for all the damage she has done. I’ve not heard that yet.

She is attempting to position herself for bigger & better things. There's a complete lack of sincerity, integrity in her statements. This is all just a ploy. Let's not take the bait!

Politics. If it breaks Trump's hold on the his party and the country, I'm all for it.

Sure, we can accept whatever help we can get from a supposedly former enemy if it actually helps stop the greater threat to this country. But you can also be damn sure I certainly won't trust this "former enemy" not to subsequently try and stab us in the back first chance they get.

well.... I'm not "trusting" her at this point. the question is, are there signs she is developing in a way that is clearly more positive? I don't have a need to weigh in against her so quickly.

Some politicians (including MTG) are a LOT less trustworthy than others.

Due to past experiences with my daughter I have learned that change and trust isn’t instantaneous. It comes slowly, cautiously and you always need to protect yourself.

MTG needs to sincerely make amends, apologize to those she has harmed and prove she has changed - actions speak louder than words.

All I see is someone who is still selfish, has moved on to the next shiny thing and simply wants to get re-elected.

Just my opinion

True Kathy....genuine contrition takes years and must be directed to those harmed...its the hardest stuff a person must do.

Marjorie Taylor Greene Is A Racist White Nationalist. This She-Devil Can't Be Reformed. She Has A Reprobated-Mind And Should Never Be Trusted. Ancestor James Baldwin Was Right About Lying Two-Faced Hypocrites Like MTG. He Said,"I Don't Believe Anything You,Because I See What You Do". Ancestor Dr Maya Said,"When Someone Shows You Who They Are. Believe Them The First Time". Go Look At Her Voting Record Presently... You Will See Her Fake Apology Tour Is Smoke And Mirrors...Then Ask Yourself What Grift Is She Working.

She is not reformed, she is just no longer enthralled with Trump. She smells blood in the water due to Epstein files exposing Trump's weak side. The sharks are circling. I love it.

It may be as simple as her having a genuine aversion to pedophiles and sex-trafficking, and that the evidence of Trump’s involvement with Epstein becoming too obvious to deny has forced a break—but there’s never been any evidence of her having any interest in joining the mainstream. She may also object to Trump’s policies that harm her constituents, but she’s still the same far-right nut she ever was. If she favors some things that the left also favors, that’s just another confirmation of horseshoe theory, not a change of heart on her behalf.

Her ambition is trumping her Trump. Full stop. Broken clock syndrome doesn’t mean change. Not by a long shot. When she apologises for her foul behaviour back to shouting at PRESIDENT OBAMA during a state of the union, we will see…

She's pandering to the MAGA who will break from the cult of t once he falls. IMO they will morph into something else. Potentially more hideous.

I think she truly, genuinely cares about child abuse/rape/human trafficking. She left the Catholic church over the same reason. I think she believes deeply in everything that she believes in. Believing that child abuse is bad puts her on the correct side of things. Believing in Jewish space lasers...not so much.

MTG has awakened from a bad dream, or nightmare, and had to face the reality of Trump and MAGA. Not so good for Americans after all. I don't like or trust her but takes ALOT of courage to stand up to Trump because when you do you'll take a bashing. I'm just glad she's not my represenative !

MJT is a politician. Whatever her motivations, she-- and the small group of Republicans who defied Trump on this--forced a break in the dam of Republican support for him. Dems should take the win, instead of moving to a calculus about whether she is virtuous enough.

First off, we shouldn't count our chickens before they hatch. The MAGAt threat to our country (and to this entire planet) needs to be stopped for good. Then...and only then...will I feel comfortable in saying we've "won".

Second: If this genuinely does lead to a "win", well this Democrat will "take" it, but given the exact things MTG (along with all the other supposedly rebelling Repubs) has said and how she's said them, I sure as freaking hell don't trust her not to try and subsequently stab us in our collective back first chance she gets. The enemy of your enemy isn't always necessarily your friend.

Absolutely agree w you and Joe Walsh: start by apologizing. Address January 6, the 2020 election, address the California wildfires and laser-beam weather controlling - lizard people…

I mean all the bizarre, truly outrageous and shitty things that she did and said, which inspired all kinds of vile, hateful death threats, maybe akin to what she says she's begun to receive..?

Welcome to the party that you aggressively planned and promoted…

Apologize for all of these (and more) bat shit crazy things you've said, and do it over time.

She'll never apologize because it shows she knows she was wrong. Republicans don't apologize for their actions, they just keep on lying and burning the US with their bullshit.
