We have too get over these resentments, which are distractions which carry their mown psychic cost, and get back to the doing the hard work of change.
I have felt this way before. On 9/11/2001 I was on route to work when the emergency alert system of my radio was activated. AA 11 had crashed into the North Tower of the World Trade Center. The world stopped. No one knew what would come next. It was terrifying. That's how I feel now. Trump is the most terrifying leader since Hitler. The GOP is willingly putting the citizens of the US through this, putting us all in danger, and there appears to be not one care about it.

The 25th Amendment is a pipe dream. Vance would have to initiate it and it requires 2/3 of both the House and the Senate to approve it. The majority of the GOP supports what Trump is doing. They aren't going to remove him. If it was up to only the Democrats, Trump would have been gone by now. That's why voting is so important!
You are correct, but enough shouting it out might encourage the weal legislators to get some balls to slow down this authoritarian administration, so we can enact some legislation to get us back to democracy...and some peace.

Someone on Substack wrote this morning that it would just take 3 in Congress to caucus with the Democrats and save all of us. There are tons of them retiring, so hopefully this occurs to just a few who have some moral sense left -- assuming there are 3 such individuals in the GOP.
This is not a way to bluff. With this "bluff," the U.S. has already "lost" to the extent there are winners and losers in this unnecessary and unwanted war, despite our military prowess.
