Superbowl half time show was certainly spectacular. Sadly, I do not speak Spanish, so I feel like I did not understand all the messages the show was saying. I could certainly tell that Bad Bunny loves Puerto Rico, and left me feeling a little ashamed of my own ignorance. I say we should celebrate Bad Bunny for being himself in spite of all the white nationalists running the country.
Afraid that Maxwell will get her pardon, the world will know why, and Trump will carry on with business as usual. I really hate it, but it's about the way things are working right now. Really wish it was different.

The SuperBowl Halftime Show presented by Bad Bunny brought to light and reflection on the fact that Love is stronger than hate. It reflects on the reality of how life has happened and how it is in Puerto Rico. The strong culture of the Island holds strong the love and dedication to who they are and what they stand for. Keep seeing it to unravel more messages from it!!! ❤️
Ironically the SB halftime was incredibly patriotic. A live wedding took place during the halftime-yes, this is fact. It was uplifting and fun. And the overriding message was that the only thing stronger than Hate was Love. Yeah... that's a real danger for our children to hear and see... as Trump declared. Yes, I understand Spanish and am proud that I do. More Americans should speak more than English, or at least understand another language reasonably well.
My random thought watching the SB and the commercials, and understanding that Bad Bunny made very little for this show. The NFL pays the going rate... which is reported as being less than the Super Bowl ticket cost. The NFL does pay for the cost of the show, though. I think they've plenty of money, and they enjoy a "Non-Profit" status.
But let's look at Bradley Cooper and Matthew McCougnehy, and other big names. Bad Bunny continuously puts a lot of his earnings into his community. Anyone who knows anything about Puerto Rico understands how badly the US treats this territory. That was also shown in that halftime show, but also the joy and spirt of the Puerto Rican people in response.
I'd really respect Cooper and the other big stars payed hefty prices to be in these millions of dollar advertisements if they chose a charity or cause to support on what Lays, Squarespace and other corporate vendors payed them to hawk their products. There is a lot of need out there. Support for Ukraine, or to the relief of the GAZA relief funds. Their local community needs - and not college football teams that really don't need more funding. Maybe they do-- I hope they do.
Just my twenty cents worth regarding the SB Halftime. I enjoyed it immensely, and frankly, that was a wholesome and talented "American" show, unlike Erika Kirk and the right wing hawking Kid Rock with his love of "Statutory" and other truly vulgar lyrics.
The halftime show was amazing!! Puerto Rico is a part of America. Wow, Americans should be proud that our country has this talent, this creativity, and rich culture within. We are so much more when all of US can open our minds and hearts to every human being that calls America home.
I used to be a conservative. The G.O.P. has moved so much to the far right "Dark Side" that I'm now center-right. Have been privileged to travel numerous times to South America for business and tourism. I've always liked Latin music of all kinds. I thought Bad Bunny was great. There isn't any comparison between BB and a washed up, has-been, like Kid Rock on the competing half time show.
For those who don't speak Spanish; I speak and read a little; watch for the body language if you see BB's show again. Spanish is a very expressive language.
