The #1 problem facing our country, which is the root of many other evils, is the absolutely insane explosion of the wealth gap. The top 1%, or really even .1%, are so insanely wealthy because they aren’t forced to pay taxes (in any meaningful sense of the word for their income level and/OR wealth) while getting subsidized for all sorts of things under the name of trickle down economics. fix that, and many other societal ills will slow down or stop IMO. Freedom for all and tax the rich. It ain’t that hard folks.

Every Democrat should play the clip of Vance admitting that he’s willing to lie as long as he gets his message out. They should play that right after Vance states that the Democrats are willing to shut down the government, because they don’t want to work with the Republicans.
If they go to the immigrant yap what's the purpose of ICE and the NATIONAL GUARD in our American Cities? Trump holds the longest shut down in history which he considers a WIN ... he could care less.
When Dems respond authentically they don’t appeal to the angry white ppl who want to hear what they want to hear. The polarized Kirk/Trump message wasn’t polarized at all … it was perfectly consistently sociopathic. The applause for forgiveness was insincere but made them feel good about themselves. There is one big difference in “messaging” between GOP and Dems. Republicans are unburdened by truth and ethics in a way that Democrats just won’t.
