Republicans in revolt? Yes, they are revolting.

The Republicans are still under the thumb of Trump and his MAGA supporters whom they are terrified of. They are mostly cowards from top to bottom. Even as Trump and his family and his regime and his Enablers are destroying what is America and stuffing their pockets with more and more and more money.....Even Republicans own constituents and states are being destroyed by their actions and lack of actions. Mike Johnson and John Thune are Cowards and care nothing about their jobs. They just are there to take orders.

they can say revolt, however they still vote with him on issues, I want to see actions not words

JD Vance is about as Catholic as he is Irish. He is what Peter Thiel tells him he is. No more, no less. He has no core beliefs of his own. He is an empty vassal (vessel too, but vassal fits better). And he has — by his own admission on national fucking TV — no problem whatsoever with making shit up to advance his agenda.

Yes! As a Christian I am offended by the leadership using the Bible to gaslight the press and the American people. Misquoting and using Bible verses incorrectly is reprehensible!

We should have the voter mechanism to recall/replace politicians who fail to follow thru on their campaign promises promises.

Kennedy was president when I was born so I have lived through a lot of presidents, this one though is the worst out of them all in my lifetime. Not just him but donald lump and his entire administration are the absolute worst.

I’m picturing the opening to Evita if you’re at the movies when Bunker Boy kicks off. I could really wait on that. Though I will say, I unlock my phone every morning thinking. “Is this the day? Is it?”

There is only one person in the world right now, about whom you could announce “HE’S DEAD!!!” and everyone will know exactly whom you’re talking about

I love Colbert! I would love to see a meidas touch television network someday. they could have a whole channel of late night shows if all the remaining ones jumped ship from the usual networks. I'd call it Late Night All Day..... they could broadcast their episodes 2 or 3 times a day for old people like me that can't stay awake past the monolog

How much have they (47th prez admin/GOP) taken from us ? That’s the question that we need to ask ourselves when we vote in Nov ‘26

I certainly hope they break away from MAGA. They normally squeak back in

if Republicans were truly revolting, they would pass the war powers act

Pope (Saint) John Paul spoke out about the Iraq War to then President Bush. Bush didn’t attack him.

Pete Hegseth is a complete fraud, just like Trump, JD Vance, and Mike Johnson. They're all frauds, and anyone who is really informed knows it.

Hegseth represents white Christian nationalism, not the Defense Department, and not any legit form of Christianity. That's obvious. They're about power and domination, not the actual religion. They represent massively insecure white Christians who THINK America is a white Christian nation. It's not- it's a nation that has been dominated by whites and Christians, which is not the same thing. Understand that their political influence is inflated because they are affiliated with the oligarchs, which confirms how they really aren't about Christianity or any religion but power.

All they do is confirmation of how weak they do, not strong.
