These are not men. They are unregulated, dysfunctional boys. And as a psychotherapist, I can say with certainty that they are self-haters. Men who feel confident in their own masculinity do not hate themselves, so they do not hate women--they prize and protect them. MAGA thought the Epstein files would provide evidence of Democratic sexual deviance. But low and behold, most of the men in the files are corporate bosses, Trump cabinet members and political appointees, and foreigners. MAGA doesn't want to look in the mirror. That's why Vance brought back the specter of Pizza Gate a few months ago. Pizza gate was a MAGA smear campaign against Hilary Clinton and other Dem politicians. No children were sex-trafficked out of a DC pizza restaurant. However real people were abused for decades by the Epstein predator class who are currently being protected by the President, Vice President and GOP congress. The GOP hypocrisy is mind blowing.🤯
What you’re describing isn’t dysfunction. It’s design. The founding document that erased women as legal persons produced the military that manufactures damaged men, the courts that protect predators, and the media ecosystem — Fox News on every base, Murdoch’s organization paying out hundreds of millions in harassment settlements — that greets veterans at home and calls dominance patriotism. The screaming of women has become the sound of American leisure. We normalized the hunting and called it entertainment. Platner named his PTSD. Trump has 26 accusers. The ledger has never been applied uniformly because it was never meant to be.
The problem with all these MAGA men is insecurity in all things “manly” whatever that is. Men treat women like they treat their mothers. Respect is not given anymore, and it’s demanded when not earned. I believe in being an example for those younger than yourself. If we have the “President“ acting like an uncultured maniac as an example what should society expect? Respect starts at home, parents no longer parent their children.

Thank you for this. I’ve already seen numerous R criticizing Ds for Platner. Not one of them even speak about Ken Paxton. Just one glaring example. There seems to be a slight bit of justice though. The friend he gave the sweetheart deal to moved to Nebraska, where they ARE requiring him to register asa sex offender.
Hopefully, when/if the Dems win the mid-terms, we will begin the much needed march back towards honesty, civility, empathy and respect, FOR ALL!

Maga has deep centuries old roots in white misogyny and patriarchy based on a philosophy that treated women as property.
Current regime has only made them more lethal and brought their hatred of women to a boiling point.
