That also can reduce the enormous cost of interest on the debt.
Fund Medicare, Medicaid, and social security with a dedicated fund into which the government would repay all of the past FICA revenue that was used in the general fund. Finally, reduce tax loopholes in every possible way and replaceme them with credits for every employee hired full time with benefits. They intend to end human employees to save money. This would give a comparable saving if they hire people rather than machines. And the economy would continue to have its coveted consumer market.
Cassidy got back at Trump yesterday by voting against Trump on the War Powers Resolution that Democrats tried to pass 7 times and it then passed in the Senate.
It will be interesting to see what percentage of Republican voters participated in the primary. Typically primary voting is very vwry low. I don't understand why as that's where voters have the most leverage.
