I went on NewsNation to talk about how Trump is weaponizing fear to score political points on crime.
As I said on air, no serious Democrat is denying that crime is an issue. The difference is, Democrats are trying to fix it through reform and community investment, while Trump is militarizing cities and restricting freedoms to shift attention away from his failures on the economy and foreign policy.
We can debate statistics all day, but what matters is results.
