As a retired Physician, I would say that the swollen ankles indicate congestive heart failure, which is also evidenced by a number of other indications of his face , his color, his lips and his stooped posture as if he is trying to catch his breath as he walks.

That’s exactly what I said and I’m far from a Doctor. And any vascular issues or issues that impair blood flow & getting oxygen from the heart is a slow match to real heart trouble. The man is failing in every way. They should admit it and help him.

Old army medic. I agree with you. Dehydrated as well. Handshakes my arse. Note he sits a whole lot. The health spin is also telling.

And the constant falling asleep during the Pope’s funeral for God sakes, during cabinet meetings, meetings with world leaders, that’s a sign of a devolving system on many levels.

Sadly I was going to say the the same because my family history has CHF and several have had the surgeries double, triple and quadruple bypass surgeries. So all the greasy burgers and fries and all the other garbage he has been doing since he was younger

As a retired RN, I thought the same.

Any of you guys old enough to remember Nixon’s phlebitis? He was also exhibiting symptoms of losing his marbles; having long & serious conversations with the paintings of former Presidents’ hanging all over the White House on his confused, nightly meanderings.

I think having conversations with past presidents was just imaginative. If I had the chance I would probably say things to those portraits it’s too late to say to the person. Nixon did good things as well as bad. He was very depressed, with good reason. (No I’m not a Nixon fan. I hated him at the time. He was a little nuts. Delusions of grandeur.)

Swollen ankles: lots of reasons beside heart failure. Surely, doctors know that……

From Anthem AZ. I agree with Larry Rafey....he has other symptoms that are obvious to any observer that there is more going on.

Fetterman needs to go stick his face in a corner somewhere. He ran as a democrat but he’s a DINO. What has he done for his constituents since he got elected? Nothing!!!!

There is nothing 47 likes more than sex, unless it's money. My thoughts, sex with young girls, followed by a cut of the action. Is it really that far fetched that Epstein paid Trump a piece of the action 🤷‍♀️ Rape of children plus sex trafficking 🤷‍♀️ Just saying.

Follow the money. They’ve found 4200+ transfers into just one of Epstein’s accounts.

This was my first broadcast. I'm so glad that I watched it. Your focus on the welfare of people is so welcome and encouraging. I also appreciated your comments about repairing the damage done by this admin. What we have lost/are losing is heartbreaking. You bring hope.

I’m cool the language because the political situation demands it.

Jesus son of God!!

The story ISN’T Epstein.

It’s the private MAGA Army being rolled out. Remember - never have to vote again…

Don’t forget Virginia Giuffre, who just committed suicide recently, was recruited by Epstein at Mar-a-Largo, where her father was an employee of Trump.

We need a party that recognizes the biggest problem is the disparity between rich and poor. Too many democrats shy away from higher taxes on the rich, because wealthy corporations and individuals who could well afford 2 or 3 % higher taxes, use their outsized influence to prevent it. Without a wealth equality correction nothing else will work .

I'm broke, unable to contribute any funding to anyone. Just contribute my thoughts. And I have my doubt that the Epstein malarkey is little more than a Trump induced distraction to keep the Dems discussing how they are going to make this the big issue to bring down MAGA, while Trump and his minions are elsewhere wreaking havoc on democracy.

No problem Billy, my Substack is completely free

Thank you, Mike. I was also hoping I could earn a few dollars through subscriptions to pay the bills in my old age. The reporter profession doesn’t have the opportunities it once did.

And really good. Thanks!

Watching you from the deep boonies in the Pyrenees in France. You go, guy.

I hope Joe, that you get along with Governor JB, who strikes me as a populist. Mayor Johnson-kinda sorta, but he's a fairly good dude.
