To those Dems watching who think you are "eating your own", it's dangerous to live in a 'yes' culture; there must be constant thoughtful conversations and questioning to reach the best outcomes. Great question about Graham P if he was participating in a No King’s Day in Maine. I liked his message of universal health care, etc., but, am concerned about the symbolism of his tattoo he still has and has not removed. People are complicated. He needs to try and convince us that he cares for all people and why he will make a good addition to the democratic ideals as a candidate.
I wanted to express an opinion. We need a positive slogan and direction to focus on. Having reactionary slogans and actions are good to demonstrate resistance and disagreement. But we can not move forward from a negative space. Like an affirmation, we need a solid positive direction to know where to pour our energy and other resources. How about P.A.S.E. I’m in my mid 70’s, a registered Democrat my whole voting life, and I appreciate these types of conversations. I came from a split family dynamic where we had “provocative decisions” every night around the dinner table, especially during the 60’s and early 70’s. We need to engage young adults and teens to help us understand each other.
