More Mamdani, less Ken Martin. More human, less corporate.

I don't think it's a choice between the two. It's a yes, and

Zohran Mamdani and Ken Martin and Mike Nellis and Joe Walsh and anybody willing and able to throw a punch to defend our democracy

No Joe Walsh. I don’t want people who’ll run as either Republican (which he claimed to be) and now wants us to believe he’s not—at best—another Manchin? We need ass-kickin’ progressives who are eager to represent the little guys (the 98%).

Exactly stop with dinosaurs

If the DNC really cared about the future they would endorse Mamdani and stop worrying about their big corporate donors

There was a poster on Bluesky who blamed Mamdani for KH losing the election. But now I see you were her consultant so I will them know where the blame belongs

I am convinced that Palantir Technologies will be a driving force and with Peter Thiel at the helm.. a fair election without interference and compromise will not be had in 2026… or 2028.

What are the Dems doing to combat the sly, subversive activities of the Republican Party. They went to work the day after Joe Biden got elected in 2020… To make sure that votes were eradicated, districts were changed, strict voting laws were put in place… And they’ll do the same in 2026 and 2028. Plus… With all of the data and ‘stolen’ information that they have on every single citizen in the US… thanks to Musk and DOGE… they’ll be able to be rent less at targeting groups and individuals with their propaganda!… let’s not forget Cambridge Analytica and Steve Bannon.

So are the Dems doing anything to prevent this?

First, we have to prove Trump/Musk stole the election. Michael Sellers on Substack is really focused on getting to something we can prove, and his latest post show what we’d have to do (nearly impossible with a trifecta for the red party). I’m listening to Bernie, ever grateful that he is still making suggestions. That, and a lot of hope.

Who is the Joe Rogan wannabe with the backwards baseball hat? I guess this is supposed to give the Dems cred with GenX, or Z or whatever.

Please.

Shortly after Ken Martin became the NDC chair, I went to the website of the NDC and sent an email with my thoughts. I never received even a form letter in response. I keep hearing about communication. I am left thinking that my views weren't acknowledged. How many other emails are floating around in the ether? What I do constantly get is emails asking for money. The insulting thing I received was mail from the NDC asking me to fill out a survey that didn't seem to offer an opportunity for me to express my concerns. Of course, I was asked to make a donation. My email had been to make messages short and clear. Also, for example, when Trump comes out and says the 2020 election was stolen, a Democrat must come out within an hour and say the 2020 election was not stolen. Trump's lawyers brought 64 challenges. There was no evidence. The end. Thank you.

We are far past the stage of deciding how bad trump is, or that there is hard evidence of his crimes. While there are people caught up in the misinformation trump spreads, even his supporters know he is not a 'good' guy, they just consider him 'useful' for their purposes. People voted for Trump for the same reason they voted for Obama, because they feel desperate, they know the 'system' is broken, they wanted "Change". Neither time did they get the change they really wanted (ACA was nice, but this is not just about healthcare or one budget issue).

It is time to start acting as though we will win the 2026 elections, and planning for what we do then, with another set of plans once we win the 2028 elections. Sitting here on the sidelines and moaning about how terrible Trump and his enablers are will not gather any more to our side. At this stage everybody thinks they know who Trump is. If you want to change any minds, make the case. Create a website to list ALL his crimes and abuses and sins, incompetencies and breaking of his oath... with ALL of the hard evidence for each of them until everyone will be in one of two camps, either acknowledging his unfitness for office, or denying ALL the evidence presented.

This is a simple set up for impeachment (Use secret ballot in the senate).

Next is to set up the legislative agenda, be bold, while it will be passed in congress, it is mostly about showing what will be passed once we win the Presidency again. Write the laws, plan the investigations, assert the independence of the legislature.

Plan for success, because planning for failure is too easy. Bring confidence and people will respond.

The way to win, apart from waiting for Republicans to finish committing suicide, is to vote. Of course, having a solid platform commitment, with significant tax increases on the people who least need money, will help. And no dark/corporate/big money in politics.

David Hogg was right, and Ken Martin was wrong.

First, the DNC has to convince me it hasn’t already chosen the candidate THEY want (I will never be convinced they didn’t screw over Bernie in 2016. He’d have beat Trump). I think a good start towards restoring the PEOPLE’S trust would be to endorse Mamdani for mayor in NY. Cuomo is the exact kind of Democrat people like me are done voting for.

I can only tell you my experience but I was on Bernie in 2016 and we lost. I am sure a lot of people at the DNC wanted Hillary, but we lost. Sad to say

They absolutely screwed over Sanders in '16. If you've ever seen Michael Moore's "Fahrenheit 11/9," you'll remember that during the convention, WVA declared Clinton the winner of all its votes, even though Sanders won EVERY COUNTY in the state. What was curious to me was that Sanders didn't say anything. His campaign must have known he won the state.

Hey if you really want to know how the DNC should be operating in these crazy times, you should have Andi Breeze, the DNC chairperson in North Carolina on your show. She's an amazing energizer especially in the disenfranchised rural areas, she helped flip districts in the 2025 election, retain a democratic in the governor's house and attorney general's office. check her out

If the Democrats can't draft a plan for equitable housing, a living wage, and affordable heathcare, they may as well stay home. Theirs is not a "branding" problem, its inattention to people's basic needs.
