What do they not lie about?

Michele McGurrin's avatar

I know this!!! When do they ever tell us the truth?🤥

If it’s not obvious at this point, the information coming from the current administration cannot be trusted.

Thank you for your attention to this important matter. 🤭

Sadly, so not surprising. Gaslighting is a constant. But we know. We go to the grocery store. We put gas in our cars. We, as small busines owners, struggle to keep our doors open. We, as you mention, have to work more than one job to pay the bills and put food on the table.

The MAGA creeps forgot how to tell the truth about everything and anything. God help us all! 🙏🏻😐

Of course they are!!!!!

Complete lie. I don't know who's going to believe it when 25% of the country is under or unemployed

Noreen Lassandrello's avatar

The fact that so many of us know they are lying is crazy! Who believes this information besides hardcore MAGAS? They probably don’t believe it either and just go along. Disgusting

Thank you for emphasizing this, as we don’t believe it either.

I have no idea if the numbers are real or not. My guess is, they're probably not intentionally fabricated, but there are likely downward revisions coming. Which is why the second part of your post is so compelling. It is exactly correct. Pres Biden's job and GDP numbers were typically strong, if not amazing. But, the fact is, that because of inflation, it was still hard for a lot of people to get ahead. So, whatever the jobs numbers are, do people think they have a chance to get ahead or not? Do they think the country is headed in the right direction or not? Right now, about 67% of people don't think they'll ever get ahead, and think the country is headed in the wrong direction.

When I saw the numbers, the first thing I said was “I don’t believe it.” And I don’t. It’s BS.

He can't differentiate between lies and truth any longer.

My eyes bulged out of my head monentarily when I saw the stat. Then I though, "Bullsh*t."

As inflation rises, and employment doesn't, stagflation starts lurking in the shadows. Tariffs from Canada arrive on Tuesday. for more inflationary pressure, unless the regime resumes negotiations in good faith. Chances seem pretty slim.
