Pass a declaration, in congress, that Trump, when he pardoned ALL the Jan 6 insurrectionists did in fact give aid and comfort to them.
That will trigger the 14th amendment, section 3, and is no longer able to hold ANY office.
It does not need to be a law, it just needs to be recognized as a clear fact. Then, if need be, bring a lawsuit in federal court.
This is just another example of how Democrats keep accepting losses once the story shifts, just like they did with the Mueller Report where it clearly laid out ten cases of Obstruction of Justice using the power of his position. Bill Barr lied, Trump lied and nobody read the report. All Scotus said about the 14th, section 3, was that in regards to a nation wide election for the president, that it would be too much chaos for individual states to do it and Congress would need to pass a law to enforce it (sidestepping that they could have agreed the 14th applied to Trump and ended it all there).
So, congress passes the statement, clearly Trump would veto the law, but it does not need to be a law, since the amendment is already there and self enforcing.
In fact the very foundation of his second term is the denial he lost in 2020.
